Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 4:00pm will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates:
- We offer flat-rate shipping of $15 for domestic orders within the United States.
Shipping Methods:
- Domestic orders are shipped via UPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days after processing.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
